An estate cleanout removes all items from a property furniture, clothing, personal belongings and debris leaving it empty and ready for sale or rent. An estate sale or auction sells the valuable items first (antiques, collectibles, furniture, tools) before or during cleanout. Tri-State handles both, and can combine them into one seamless process we call it "one call for the house and everything in it."

Yes Tri-State Auction & Estate Services is fully licensed, insured and bonded. We also have a licensed Maryland Realtor® on staff (Tracey Simms) specializing in senior downsizing and estate property sales in Harford County and surrounding areas.

How do your online estate auctions work? +

We conduct professional online estate auctions through HiBid at hibid.com. Items are photographed, catalogued and listed online so buyers from anywhere can bid. We also hold onsite estate sales for clients who prefer an in-person event. Both options are available depending on what works best for your situation and timeline.

Do you work with probate attorneys and estate trustees in Maryland? +

Yes. We regularly work with probate attorneys, estate trustees and executors throughout Harford County, Baltimore County and Cecil County Maryland. We provide professional, documented estate cleanout and liquidation services designed to meet legal requirements and timelines. We understand the sensitivities involved and maintain full professionalism throughout.
